I remember a night out with Betty and Eddie to see the Whitehead Brothers, Eddie was driving and his makeshift gear stick was a screw driver (why am I not surprised) !!!! all went well until the return journey, Robin had the call of nature so we pulled in, on resuming the journey the screw driver came out we covered the next three miles in second gear until Eddie could get the screw driver back in, love him!! That was one of many great nights spent together with Betty and Eddie out and about and at the Half Moon. love Carolyn and Robin xxx
